Graduate Fellow Open House

A number of fellowships are available for students who are

  1. Full time students, and
  2. US citizens or permanent residents

These Fellowships provide an annual stipend of up to $30,000 plus tuition support, as follows:

  1. AMPS Fellowships (funded by NSF) are available for second, third, or fourth year doctoral students or second year research based masters students.
  2. CBRI Fellowships funded trough philanthropic foundations are available for second year research-based masters students, and for first year doctoral students.

Fellows are required to spend 10-15 hours per week on AMPS/CBRI activities which includes sharing their research with K-12 students and engaging them in structured pre-engineering activities through the uses of sensors, robotics, and mechatronics.

Please be aware that

  1. Funding is restricted by the sponsors to US citizens and permanent residents. We can not change the sponsors rules.
  2. Fellows must be full time students.
  3. Fellows can not hold any other employment.
  4. Fellows must have research advisers.
  5. Fellows must be in good academic standing, and making good progress on their research.
